UPDATE: Treasury announces March 2, 2025 it will not enforce the Corporate Transparency act

The deadline for registering is now March 21, 2025. Following the February 18th District Court ruling reinstating the registration requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act, the Treasury department granted a 30 day window for registration compliance. See the full notice here
