Jason is a third generation resident of the Rockwall area. He graduated from Texas A&M in College Station before attending SMU Dedman School of Law. Jason is a former prosecutor, certified mediator, and is Rockwall's only attorney board certified in criminal appeals. 

As a prosecutor in Montgomery County, Jason gained extensive experience handling misdemeanor and felony appeals, writs of habeas corpus, expunctions and nondisclosures. Jason also handled trials at the misdemeanor and felony levels.

Jason also spent several years managing his family's construction company. That experience running a small business makes him uniquely suited to understand the needs and challenges of your business.
